Senior Design Architect

As a Senior Architect at Noahs Ark Architecture & Interior Design, you will play a key role in leading and contributing to high-impact projects across South Karnataka. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to execution. - Collaborating with the Principal Architect, design team, consultants, and site teams. - Overseeing project detailing, working drawings, material selections, and design documentation. - Managing client interactions and presentations. - Guiding junior architects and interns through mentorship and project reviews. - Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is executed on-site. - Conducting site visits and supervising construction progress to maintain design standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an architecture firm. - B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized university (mandatory). - Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of materials, detailing, and functionality. - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office, MS Excel. Knowledge of AI is an added advantage. - Good communication, leadership, and team management skills. - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. - Passion for design, innovation, and continuous learning.
