Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for residential and commercial projects including

  floor plans, elevations, and 3D models

  .
• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and visually appealing designs.
• Prepare

  concept, schematic, and working drawings

  using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software.
• Ensure all designs comply with

  local building by-laws and municipal regulations

  .
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project cycle.
• Provide design input for

  interior layouts, façade treatments, and material selections

  .
• Conduct

  site visits

  for measurement, supervision, and design validation.
• Support the approval and documentation process for

  building plans and permits

  .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch)

  from a recognized institution.
• Minimum

  5–8 years

  of experience in residential/commercial design projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion

  .
• Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work.
• Good understanding of

  Punjab Building Rules

  and local construction norms.
• Excellent

  communication and visualization

  skills.
