Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Senior Design Architect. The Senior Design Architect will lead the architectural design process, oversee design management across projects, and prepare comprehensive construction drawings. Daily responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality and functional design solutions, and maintaining adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural Design and Design Management skills
• Proficiency in developing detailed Construction Drawings with strong attention to accuracy
• Exceptional Communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams
• Proven experience in Architecture and design processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities
• Experience in sustainable or green building design is a plus
