Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify and target potential clients generating bio-waste (hospitals, food processing units, municipalities, etc.).
Develop proposals, quotations, and service contracts aligned with client needs and profitability goals.
Drive revenue growth while managing cost efficiency to achieve targeted
EBIT / EBITDA margins
.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure cost-effective service delivery without compromising quality.

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Recommend strategies to penetrate new markets, optimize pricing, and improve margin performance.

Financial Accountability & Reporting

Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability for assigned clients/projects.
Prepare regular reports on
EBIT / EBITDA performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status
.
Ensure commercial terms and project execution contribute to overall profitability targets.

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure all operations comply with bio-waste management regulations and environmental standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
bio-waste types, treatment technologies, and regulations
.
Business acumen with experience in
managing revenue, costs, and EBIT / EBITDA
.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to align sales strategies with profitability objectives.
