SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER (15+ YEARS)

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery and Project/Program management.

This role requires strong leadership, client management, and the ability to deliver large, complex programs on time within budget and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of multiple projects/programs.
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels.
• Guide and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and profitability (P\&L ownership).
• Identify risks/issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and account growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
• Presentable, Approachable, Intellectually strong

CTC : 40 - 45 LPA

Location: Trivandrum, Work from office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
