8+ years experience in Administration of MS SQL Server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008 R2 and 2008 on standalone and cluster servers, SQL Always On.Strong DBA production supports an database upgrade/migration experience.Experience in database security management.Experience in in place upgrade and side by side upgrade and upgrade/migration to new hardware.Implementing and administration of backup/restoration, disaster recovery, High availability solution.Capacity management, Monitoring of overall health of servers in different environments.Analyzing data issues and providing fixes.Leading team level initiatives/process improvements/automationReleasing code changes and schema changes to production.Strong written and oral communication skills.Experienced in AWS (RDS, EC2, s3, instance migration/upgradation, RDS snapshot/cloning/restoration).Knowledge in AWS VPC, security, DMS.ITIL - Incident/Request/Change/Problem management
