1. Database Support on 24/7 environment
2. Monitoring Database Sessions and processes
3. Managing Table spaces, User Accounts and act based on the Alert mechanism.
4. Monitoring the DR (Data guard) Sites and ensure that all Standby were synchronized as configured.
5. Backup management as per the policy defined and ensure the successful completion to meet the policy.
6. Good Knowledge in Oracle 11g database Architecture, concepts and Features.
7. Good knowledge in Oracle Data guard Configuration and Troubleshooting.
8. Good Knowledge on Oracle Backup utilities like EXP/IMP, EXPDP/IMPDP and RMAN.
9. Should be able to handle the situations and be capable of multi-tasking roles.
10. Good knowledge on Replication Tools - Oracle golden gate and Dell Shareplex.
11. Knowledge on SQL Plan Management concepts and Troubleshooting.
