Senior Data Visuals Reporting Specialist

As a FINANCE ANALYTICS & REPORTING Senior Consultant at EY, you will be pivotal in delivering ANALYTICS & REPORTING solutions for clients. Your tasks will involve creating models, managing various data sets, uploading them into ANALYTICS & REPORTING, and demonstrating a solid functional business understanding. Collaboration with teams, estimation of project tasks, eliciting client requirements, designing applications, documenting designs, and providing end-user training will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are required to have a comprehensive understanding of Data & analytics, particularly in FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning, or Supply Chain Planning based on your project exposure. The ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet set tasks is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on Modelling Experience in ANALYTICS & REPORTING tools with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations focused on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases. - Robust consulting experience in Sales Performance Planning, Supply chain, or Financial Planning. - Proficiency in SCRUM/Agile methodologies. - Advanced skills in MS Excel for developing Mock-Ups. - Expertise in multi-dimensional modeling. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc., with a focus on implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support. - Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, data models, and analytics applications using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. - Experience in engaging with clients for gathering business requirements and developing sophisticated planning and analytical models. - Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. - Direct client communication skills for understanding needs and developing solutions.
