Senior Data Scientist

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agent-based systems for conversational use cases
• Build and fine-tune NLP and transformer models for text understanding and generation tasks
• Develop pipelines for intent detection, entity recognition, and context-aware dialogue management
• Integrate and optimize generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) for real-world applications
• Conduct research and experiments on multi-agent coordination, task planning, and memory integration
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to bring AI-driven features into production
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agent frameworks
• Analyze data and model outputs to improve system performance and user satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or similar role
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, T5, etc.)
• Experience working with Conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, LangChian, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
• Proven ability to build and deploy Generative AI models for language tasks
• Familiarity with AI agents, memory modules, tool integration, and task planning
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience with LLM-based orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
• Knowledge of multi-agent collaboration patterns and agent memory/knowledge integration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment best practices
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific domains
