Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP/Chatbot development, and Python programming. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI/ML models with a focus on NLP, LLMs (like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), and chatbot frameworks.

Build and fine-tune custom LLM-based applications and GenAI models for domain-specific tasks.

Integrate LLMs into products via APIs or in-house deployments (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).

Work on end-to-end ML pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business goals.

Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in GenAI and LLMs.

Required Skills:
3–6 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP and Python development

Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Chatbots, LLMs, Transformers, and NLP libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.)

Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn

Experience with LangChain, LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, RAG, or Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) is a plus

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools is preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields

Prior experience in deploying GenAI-based chatbots or virtual assistants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
