Role Overview: As an Experienced Data Scientist at the company, you will be focused on developing and implementing Generative AI solutions to tackle critical business challenges and discover new opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Data Handling & Preparation: - Work with diverse and large-scale datasets. - Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. - Create synthetic datasets for training and evaluating Generative AI models. - Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the model development process. - Model Optimization & Deployment: - Optimize Generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Incorporate responsible AI practices including bias detection and mitigation. - Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and DevOps teams for model deployment. - Prompt Engineering & Fine-tuning: - Develop effective prompts and fine-tuning strategies for Large Language Models. - Customize models for specific domains and tasks to achieve desired outcomes. - Generative AI Model Development & Implementation: - Design, develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy various Generative AI models. - Models may include Large Language Models, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs. - Applications encompass text generation, image and video synthesis, code generation, and synthetic data creation. - Research & Innovation: - Stay abreast of the latest Generative AI research. - Explore new architectures, methodologies, and tools. - Identify opportunities to apply cutting-edge techniques to solve business challenges. - Experimentation & Evaluation: - Design and conduct experiments to assess model performance. - Analyze results using metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, FID, perplexity. - Refine model development based on insights gathered. - Collaboration & Communication: - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders. - Understand requirements, convey technical findings, and simplify AI concepts for non-technical audiences. - Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: - Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, models, and outcomes. - Share knowledge and best practices with data science and engineering teams.
