Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning

As a Data Scientist at unifyCX, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to develop data-driven solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. Your role will involve utilizing advanced machine learning techniques, proficient database management, and cloud platform knowledge to contribute to the innovative projects within our team. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs, translating business objectives into clear data science problems, and developing actionable business use cases that align with strategic business goals. You will have a key role in generating valuable business insights, creating impactful machine learning models, and ensuring that data science projects are in line with the overall business strategy. In the domain of machine learning and predictive modeling, you will design and implement algorithms using frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch to address complex business problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable machine learning pipelines, conducting model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization to achieve optimal performance. Your expertise in data management and integration will involve managing and manipulating large datasets with a focus on quality, consistency, and integrity. You will work with various database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to extract, clean, and preprocess data for analysis. Collaboration with data engineering teams will be essential to integrate machine learning models with database systems and other backend services. Utilizing cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, you will build and deploy data science models at scale. Leveraging cloud-based tools and services, your role will involve automating workflows, ensuring scalability, and optimizing performance to meet project requirements. Adhering to project methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, Prince2, or Waterfall, you will ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery of data science solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, engineers, and product managers, you will guarantee that data science projects align with broader business goals. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Spark, knowledge of version control systems like Git, hands-on experience with model deployment tools and platforms, familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, and strong coding skills in Python, R, and SQL are highly valued. Additionally, experience in delivering business-oriented insights from data and working in an Agile or Waterfall project environment will be advantageous.,
