Description
As a Senior Data Scientist with 7+ years of experience, you have the opportunity to join a high-impact AI COE team at EG, a company dedicated to developing industry-specific software that focuses on stability, innovation, and security. Your role will involve designing and delivering end-to-end AI architectures and solutions across diverse business units and domains, influencing products across multiple industries, and collaborating with exceptional minds in the field. **Responsibilities:** - Designing scalable AI architectures including Traditional, GenAI, and Agentic AI. - Building AI use cases deployed across hybrid environments like on-premises infrastructure, Azure, and AWS cloud ecosystems. - Enabling business units to adopt and maintain AI solutions. - Performing feasibility studies and defining technology roadmaps for AI initiatives. - Supporting integration of AI accelerators into existing business applications. Your daily tasks and mandatory skill set include: - Engaging with product/business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions. - Leading feasibility analysis, designing solution architecture, and providing technical estimation and resource planning. - Developing, training, and evaluating AI/ML and GenAI models for various business use cases. - Building and deploying end-to-end data pipelines and AI solutions on Azure/AWS. - Collaborating with developers, engineers, and business SMEs to operationalize models into production. - Leveraging technologies like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, RAG frameworks, and Vector DBs. - Evangelizing AI best practices and driving adoption of emerging AI technologies. - Conducting internal trainings, hands-on sessions, and mentoring workshops. - Guiding Business Unit teams in transitioning AI projects to their product stack. **Required Skills:** - Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering or related discipline.
