This role required expertise in Dataiku and and machine learning skills.

10+ years
of relevant experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
6+ years
of strong technical expertise in
Dataiku
.
Proven experience in
leading teams
and managing
end-to-end deliverables
.
Strong
leadership abilities
to guide and mentor junior team members.
Advanced degree in
Data Science
,
Statistics
,
Computer Science
, or a related field.
Proficiency in Dataiku, Python, Pyspark, Pytorch, SQL, and ML algorithms.
Strong
analytical skills
with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent
communication skills
to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the
offshore development/build team
.
Implement
Dataiku model development best practices
.
Build and maintain
batch model development and deployment pipelines
.
Implement
machine learning algorithms
using Dataiku.
Define optimal
ways of working
within the Dataiku work zone.
Assess effectiveness and build
data quality rules and practices
.
Implement required
statistical or ML methodologies
for specific models or analyses.
Enable
Chatbot and GenAI capabilities
on Dataiku.
Collaborate with
CMA CGM cross-functional teams
to understand business needs and devise solutions.
Present and
visualize data insights
to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.
Conduct
training sessions
for the team on Dataiku advancements and new features.
