Senior Data Processing Analyst

Role & responsibilities

As a Senior Data Processing Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into accurate, insightful datasets and tabulations that drive decision-making for our clients. You will work with industry-standard platforms such as Quantum, SPSS, R, and other tabulation/analytics tools, ensuring timely and error-free deliverables.This role is ideal for someone who not only has strong technical expertise but also a learning mindsetsomeone who constantly looks for smarter, more efficient ways to perform traditional data processing tasks and is eager to enhance their skills in a rapidly evolving research ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Program and process survey data using Quantum, SPSS, and similar tabulation/analytics software. • Create, validate, and deliver cross-tabulation reports and custom data outputs as per client specifications. • Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of deliverables. • Collaborate with survey programming, project management, and analytics teams to align on project requirements and timelines. • Automate repetitive tasks and explore process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. • Mentor junior analysts in best practices for data processing, coding, and tabulation. • Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve workflows and add value to client deliverables. • Design and document both functional and technical requirements while effectively scoping projects by understanding timelines and deliverables. • Monitor and track progress to ensure the timely execution of all programs and projects. • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. • Act as a key driver of relationship growth with clients by delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Market Research, or related fields. • 3–5 years of experience in data processing within the market research industry. Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs in tight timelines
