Specializing in conducting Privacy Readiness, and Maturity assessments, as well as creating action plans for clients during consulting engagements.
Generating additional business opportunities by driving and leading customer relationships.
Conducting Data Privacy Impact Assessments that take into account clients mandated privacy regulatory requirements.
Ensuring high-quality bid submissions by working efficiently with cross-functional teams including technical specialists, solution architects, delivery teams, sales team, legal teams, financial teams etc.
Participating in requirements gathering, data requirements collection, and assisting with technical requirements reconciliation from GDPR and CCPA perspectives.
Translating customer needs and designing appropriate privacy solutions, with experience in creating value-based customer proposals.
Staying up-to-date on relevant privacy and data protection regulations and accreditation standards, as well as monitoring changes in technology that affect privacy risk.
Working effectively in cross-cultural teams and communicating the entire requirements holistically.
The ideal candidate for the role of Data Privacy Consultant should possess a bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of data privacy, law, or related fields.
They should have at least 3-5 years of experience in data privacy consulting, conducting Privacy Readiness and Maturity assessments, and Data Privacy Impact Assessments.
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, and have a proven track record of generating business opportunities, managing accounts, and delivering comprehensive client solutions.
Finally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
