Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize secure, scalable data pipelines for audit use cases.
  • Collaborate with audit teams and CDOs to understand data needs and deliver compliant, high-quality data products.• Ensure data solutions align with global privacy regulations, including GDPR.• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize audit metrics.• Continuously improve data accessibility and quality to support audit missions.• Stay up to date with emerging data engineering tools and audit trends.• Document pipeline architectures, data processes, and compliance measures.• Perform advanced analytics and exploratory data analysis using Python to support audit findings and risk assessments.

Profile Required:

Bachelors/Masters Degree of Engineering with 7-10 years of experience

What Were Looking For

• 710 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on pipelines and dashboards.
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI.• Experience with modern data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop).• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).• Deep understanding of GDPR and data governance best practices.• Experience in audit or compliance environments is a strong plus.• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and audit teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data cataloging and metadata management tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and audit data lifecycle.• Experience with machine learning or statistical analysis applied to audit data.
