Senior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  scalable data pipelines and models

  using Snowflake and modern data stack tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with

  unit testing

• Integrate FiveTran connectors for seamless data ingestion
  
• Automate workflows using

  Python scripts and Azure Functions

• Optimize SQL queries and transformations for performance and scalability
  
• Implement

  data security, access controls, encryption, and compliance measures

• Troubleshoot data issues and provide technical support to stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with API development teams to connect data pipelines with external systems
  
• Stay updated on

  emerging trends in data engineering, cloud computing, and analytics

Role Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science / Engineering / IT or related field

• 5+ years of proven experience

  as a Data Engineer / ETL Developer
• Strong expertise in

  Snowflake (SnowPro certification preferred)

• Hands-on experience with

  Python, SQL, ELT/ETL tools (FiveTran, DBT)

• Experience in

  Azure/AWS serverless functions

• Knowledge of

  relational & non-relational databases, data lakes, and performance tuning

• Familiarity with

  data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
