Roles & Responsibilities: Innovate & Code Design and develop scalable data-driven solutions using SQL and Python, including data science libraries. Problem Solving Apply strong analytical skills to optimize queries, write efficient code, and solve complex challenges. Build & Integrate Utilize SQL for structured data management and Python for data processing, visualization, and API integration. Set the Standard Establish best coding practices in SQL and Python, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code through peer reviews. Quality & Optimization Debug, test, and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. Preferred candidate profile: Python , SQL & PySpark : Strong expertise in Big Data ecosystems , including Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, HDFS, and HBase, for large-scale data processing and management. Proficient in the Spark ecosystem , covering Spark Core, Spark Streaming, Spark SQL, and Databricks for high-performance data analytics. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services , including EMR, EC2/EKS, Lambda, Glue, and S3, to build and optimize cloud-based data solutions. Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing methodologies, and ETL processes , ensuring efficient data integration and transformation. A background in Engineering or Science. (Candidates from other disciplines with demonstrated coding skills and extensive problem-solving will also be considered.
