Monitor data integrity, performance, and reliability across reporting and analytics systems. Document processes, data flows, and reporting structures to ensure maintainability and transparency. Basic knowledge of Power BI and Databricks Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a SQL Development data analytics or BI development role. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL). Solid understanding and use of SSRS for developing and deploying reports. Ability to troubleshoot data and report-related issues independently. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
