As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data models, warehouses, and databases using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake. Your responsibilities will include developing ETL pipelines with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Synapse Pipelines, and Azure Data Factory, as well as leveraging Fabric Lakehouse for Power BI reporting, real-time analytics, and automation. It will be essential for you to optimize data integration, governance, security, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions. Additionally, you will be required to implement the Medallion Architecture for efficient data processing and work in an Agile environment, utilizing DevOps principles for automation and CI/CD. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric & Azure Lakehouse, OneLake, Data Pipelines, Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake. - Experience in Data Warehousing & ETL On-prem/cloud, SQL, Python, SSIS, and Synapse Pipelines. - Strong skills in Data Modeling & Architecture, including Medallion Architecture, integration, governance, security, and performance tuning. - Familiarity with Analytics & Reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel (formulas, macros, pivots), and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. - Problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills in an Agile environment, with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, communication, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Preferred Microsoft Certifications: Agile certification.
