The preferred candidate for this position should be based in or near the Delhi/NCR region of India, with working hours overlapping with the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST). The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical and operational workloads. Key responsibilities include optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating data pipelines into cloud-native applications, managing cloud data warehouses, ensuring data governance and security, collaborating with analytics teams, and maintaining data documentation. The candidate should have strong proficiency in English, experience in data engineering, expertise in SQL and Python, familiarity with cloud data platforms, and knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and workflow orchestration tools.
