Role Objective:-

Senior Data Center Specialist

Key Deliverables:-

Manage and support data center operations related to
Kenan Billing
,
SLR (Service Level Reports)
,
Trial Balance
, and
Accounting systems
.
Perform regular data loads, validations, reconciliations, and ensure system stability and availability.
Monitor and maintain scripts and jobs in
UNIX
environments; write and enhance
Shell Scripts
and
PL/SQL
procedures for automation and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mismatches, process failures, and performance bottlenecks.
Coordinate with billing, finance, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing of billing and financial reports.
Create and maintain documentation for job schedules, process flows, incident reports, and SOPs.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and security standards.
Provide on-call or rotational support as needed for critical systems.

Skill - Desirable:-

Strong hands-on experience in:
PL/SQL
UNIX
Shell Scripting
Domain knowledge and experience in:
Kenan Billing System
SLR (Service Level Reporting)
Trial Balance (TB)
Accounting and Financial Systems
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in large-scale, production-grade data center environments.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Talent:-

Strong team work and ability to work in distributed international teams
Good problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills is necessary
Present complex ideas and approaches in simple communicable terms across engineering and management levels

Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with minimal direction

Qualifications (Minimum):-

BTech, MCA
