As the Platform Management & Operations lead, your role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, and L2/L3 support for various platforms including Dell Boomi, webMethods, JS7, and Xtract Universal. You will ensure high availability, reliability, security, and optimal performance across the global infrastructure. Your responsibilities include managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational procedures, monitoring, alerting, and incident/problem management following ITIL best practices. Additionally, you will plan and execute platform patching, upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and capacity management activities in coordination with global teams. It is crucial to establish and enforce development standards, best practices, code review processes, and governance for the integration development lifecycle. Furthermore, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of jobs and complex workflows within multiple scheduler platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of new integrations and enhancements - Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, code review processes, and governance - Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of jobs and complex workflows In Platform Optimization & Strategy, your role involves continuously evaluating and optimizing the performance, efficiency, security posture, and cost-effectiveness of middleware platforms and integration processes. You will develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for PerkinElmer's middleware and integration technologies, aligning with overall IT and business strategies. Managing vendor relationships and licenses for key middleware and scheduler software is also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance, efficiency, security posture, and cost-effectiveness of middleware platforms - Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for middleware and integration technologies - Manage vendor relationships and licenses for key middleware and scheduler software As for Architecture & Cross-Functional Alignment, you will act as the lead architect for integration solutions, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable. Collaboration with global Enterprise Application leads, Infrastructure teams, Security teams, and business stakeholders is essential to understand requirements and design effective end-to-end integration solutions. You will provide integration expertise, architectural guidance, and resource estimation for platform modernization efforts and other capital projects impacting the Enterprise Applications landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the lead architect for integration solutions, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable - Collaborate with global teams to design effective end-to-end integration solutions - Provide integration expertise, architectural guidance, and resource estimation for platform modernization efforts In terms of Leadership & Team Management, you will build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of middleware engineers and administrators based in Pune. Managing resource allocation, project prioritization, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, security awareness, and continuous improvement within the team are crucial aspects of your role. Effective communication with senior leadership and stakeholders regarding platform status, strategy, risks, and project updates is also part of your responsibilities.
