As a Senior Data Analytics Expert specializing in Segmentation, your role will involve analyzing and interpreting complex datasets using Excel and SQL to uncover actionable insights. You will also leverage Adobe Analytics to understand customer behavior, digital funnel performance, and engagement trends. Your responsibilities will include providing consultative recommendations to clients on journey optimization and digital strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders and client teams, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively. Additionally, you may support testing initiatives using tools like Adobe Target for personalization or optimization and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret complex datasets using Excel and SQL to uncover actionable insights - Leverage Adobe Analytics to understand customer behavior, digital funnel performance, and engagement trends - Provide consultative recommendations to clients on journey optimization and digital strategy - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to align data insights with business goals - Slice and dice data across different dimensions such as channel, campaign, or audience segments - Create insightful dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively - (Optional) Support testing initiatives using Adobe Target or similar tools for personalization or optimization - Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: - Banking/Lending/Cards domain experience (must) - Adobe Analytics experience - A/B testing - Reporting in Tableau or Power BI and SQL Qualifications Required: - B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT or Similar qualification in Computer Science In this role, your proficiency in digital, Excel, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and data analytics will be crucial.
