As a Senior Data Analyst at New Age Data & Analytics, your role involves gaining a deep understanding of the business and identifying opportunities to leverage analytical solutions for driving business decisions and outcomes. You will have the chance to engage closely with business stakeholders, explore innovative analytical techniques, and lead a team of Data Analysts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Scope business requirements and priorities by thoroughly understanding the retail portfolio - Develop expertise in data analysis to derive meaningful insights by exploring various data fields from source systems and data marts - Design and implement analytical solutions to address business needs - Utilize new age algorithms and advanced computational methods to build robust models and analytical frameworks - Innovate on new variable ideas through case reviews - Establish processes and controls to ensure accuracy of data, analyses, strategies, and recommendations - Understand model governance and track key model/variable metrics - Challenge the status quo to enhance efficiency of existing processes - Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholder teams to drive consensus and conclusive outcomes - Mentor and lead a high-performing team to support organizational goals - Understand the impact of analytical solutions on driving business outcomes **Qualification Required:** - Graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Post-Graduation in Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Technology (M.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) - Experience range of 5 to 10 years In this role, your success will be measured by your ability to develop robust analytical solutions/models, deliver projects in a timely manner, establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders, and effectively manage and coach team members.,
