Job Description

Python programming, Bureau Data, and Feature Engineering

You'll be part of a high-impact analytics team driving critical business decisions in credit risk and lending portfolios across the banking and fintech domains.

Location:

Responsibilities:

Work on large, complex
banking datasets
, performing in-depth
data analysis, data cleaning, and transformation
.
Develop and automate
feature engineering workflows
using
Python and SQL
.
Utilize
Bureau Data (CIBIL / Equifax / Experian)
for building insights and enhancing model performance.
Partner with modelers and business stakeholders to support
credit risk modelling
and
decision analytics
.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.

Requirements:

5 to 10 years
of experience in
Data Analysis / Data Science
roles.
Strong programming skills in
Python
and
SQL
(hands-on coding experience is mandatory).
Proven experience working with
Bureau Data
and
Feature Engineering
in the
Banking / Financial Services
domain.
Exposure to
credit risk
,
modelling
, or
machine learning
projects (good to have).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
