Senior Data Analyst

You will be joining Hitachi Vantara, a global data foundation trusted by leading innovators across various industries. As a part of the HV Services team based in Hyderabad, your role will involve offering expert support in Advanced NetApp L3 level support, CVO ONTAP, and ITIL processes such as Change Management and Problem Management. You will also be responsible for implementing automation and possessing advanced troubleshooting skills to optimize NAS systems for high-performance operations. Your key responsibilities will include leading SQL development by writing and maintaining complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and managing views for high-performance data operations. Additionally, you will design and implement efficient indexing and partitioning strategies to enhance query speed and system performance, utilize Python for building ETL pipelines, automation of data workflows, and data wrangling and analysis, and develop scalable data models while collaborating closely with engineering to ensure alignment with database design best practices. Furthermore, you will translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions, collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions, mentor junior analysts, create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based libraries like Plotly and Matplotlib, operate in Agile environments proficiently with tools like Git, JIRA, and continuous integration for data workflows.
