Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the AOPS (Automated Operations) team, you will play a pivotal role as a Senior Data Analyst in designing and delivering AI-based analytical solutions. Your contributions will support and elevate analytics within Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions. The Data Intelligence team within AOPS focuses primarily on the design and development of new AI-based automated analytics solutions, tools, and applications . This expands the capabilities of Epsilon's analytics application platforms, significantly improving the productivity of analytics teams by streamlining costs, reducing time and effort, and boosting client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Analytics and Engineering teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive impactful results. Responsibilities: What You'll Achieve As a Senior Data Analyst, you will: Develop end-to-end AI solutions , covering data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability across various deployment environments. Expand your understanding of the digital marketing retail media landscape and discover how Epsilon's analytics solutions maximize client value. Unlock significant growth opportunities within Data Intelligence and across AOPS, with pathways for leadership and people management. Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions. Qualifications: What You Are Education: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in designing and developing AI-based analytical tools and applications, data processing, report automation, and dashboard platforms. Large Language Models (LLMs): Hands-on experience in developing solutions using LLMs. Analytical Skills: Ability to perform thorough data-driven comparative analysis and demonstrate differences between multiple solution approaches. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in distributed data platforms (such as Greenplum and Hadoop). Proficiency in data intelligence tools (Databricks, Tableau). Development skills in Python and SQL . Data Visualization: Ability to create visually compelling, interactive dashboards. Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively discuss requirements. Agile Experience: Experience in software development within Agile frameworks , including related project tracking tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence. AI Solution Validation: Experience in validating AI solutions.
