Senior Data Analyst

You are an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a solid background in Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, supporting team members in improving agile project management, monitoring project performance, managing day-to-day activities within JIRA, creating team performance reports, leading team compliance with JIRA management, planning and facilitating various project ceremonies, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. You will also collaborate with customers to interpret data, partner with data owners and stewards to implement data governance and quality requirements, prepare technical specifications for data ingestion and transformation rules, build data models, and develop standards and best practices within the Data Analysis team. Additionally, you will utilize data tools to deliver superior service to clients, conduct end-to-end data analysis, and develop data product solutions based on business and data requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a University or college degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in SQL, AWS (S3), and documenting requirements for data solutions. Expertise in Agile Methodology is essential, and having a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM) would be a plus. This position requires 7-10 years of experience, and the salary range is between 15 Lac to 27 Lac 50 Thousand P.A. The industry focus is on Analytics and Business Intelligence with a qualification of B.Sc.
