Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and threat landscape . Proficiency in OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) and WEBINT (Web Intelligence) techniques for data collection and enrichment. Expertise in ThreatConnect , CDC (Cyber Defense Center), and tools such as Sixgill , IntSights , and VT Premium . Experience in dark web intelligence gathering . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and process threat data. Proficiency in MITRE ATT&CK framework and creating IOC (Indicators of Compromise). Excellent oral and written communication skills for creating and presenting intelligence reports. Experience with incident response and cybersecurity investigations . Familiarity with phishing simulation tools and cybersecurity awareness programs . Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Defender , CrowdStrike , Zscaler , and Black Kite . Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure , including Networks , OS , Databases , and Web Applications . Experience in developing and managing IT controls frameworks and maturity models . Ability to integrate threat data and tactics into security tools for proactive defense. Strong presentation skills to deliver finished intelligence to stakeholders effectively. Experience Range: 3+ years in a cybersecurity role , preferably in threat intelligence or related fields. Experience in cybersecurity tools , incident response , and adversary tactics . Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity , Information Technology , or related field (Desirable). Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certifications (Desirable). Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on cybersecurity news across the clear , deep , and dark web daily. Follow documented processes for finished intelligence reporting and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. Enrich threat intelligence through interaction with other SOC teams (DFIR, TH, L2) to validate and enhance reports. Produce detailed threat intelligence reports , including technical recommendations , MITRE ATT&CK mapping , and valid IOCs . Conduct regular threat research to investigate the scale and context of emerging cyber threats. Support incident response by determining when to monitor or disrupt cyberattacks. Analyze data into finished intelligence reports and ensure proper documentation in ThreatConnect /CDC as per defined standards. Participate in continuous learning and process optimization through suggestions for innovation. Measures of Outcomes: Number of finished threat intelligence reports (including threat landscape and asset-based intelligence). Percentage of security incidents opened based on CTI reports . Adherence to documentation process and quality standards (validation, formatting). Evidence of skill development through training and certifications .
