Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cyber Security Trainer based in Tamil Nadu, India. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering in-depth training sessions on various cybersecurity topics, including application security, network security, and malware analysis. Daily responsibilities include creating curriculum, providing practical and theory-based learning, mentoring junior engineers, conducting assessments, and staying updated with advancements in cybersecurity to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Cybersecurity concepts, including Application Security and Information Security
Expertise in Network Security and related technologies
Experience in Malware Analysis and mitigation techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities
Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar qualifications
Strong communication and instructional skills to engage and mentor learners

Desired Skills

Deep knowledge of relevant cybersecurity topics (network security, penetration testing, secure coding, cryptography, incident response).
Experience with security tools and methodologies.
Strong teaching, mentoring, and public speaking abilities.
