We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert to work closely with the Innovation team

to support the design, development, and deployment of AI-based applications and models

focused on Threat Modeling and Security by Design. The person should have a clear

understanding on threats, risks, attack surface, attack patterns and other such aspects of

cybersecurity. This role will ensure that the team has the correct domain knowledge, data

understanding, and security context required to build accurate, reliable, and secure AI

solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a domain authority, guiding AI/ML initiatives with correct

threat modeling methodologies, security frameworks, real-world attack scenarios, and

validated datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary Cybersecurity and Threat Modeling subject matter expert (SME) for the

Innovation and AI teams.

- Coordinate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product teams to guide AI model

development for threat modeling.

- Define correct threat modeling approaches, frameworks, and methodologies for AI use

cases.

- Ensure the use of accurate, relevant, and high-quality security data for model training.

- Review and validate datasets, features, labels, and outputs used in AI models.

- Map real-world threats, attack vectors, and mitigations into structured data usable by AI

systems.

- Guide the team on secure architecture design for AI-driven security applications.

- Support AI model evaluation by validating outputs against real-world threat scenarios.

- Ensure AI solutions align with industry security standards and best practices.

- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and internal training programs.

Cybersecurity & Threat Modeling Expertise:

- Strong hands-on experience with Threat Modeling methodologies:

- STRIDE, DREAD, PASTA, LINDDUN, Attack Trees

- Deep understanding of application security, cloud security, and infrastructure security.

- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API Security, Cloud Security risks, and secure SDLC.

- Experience translating security concepts into structured knowledge for automation and AI

systems.

AI & Data Collaboration:

- Ability to work closely with AI/ML teams to:

- Define correct problem statements and objectives

- Identify trusted data sources for training

- Validate model behavior and results

- Understanding of data bias, model limitations, and security implications of AI outputs.

- Experience guiding domain-driven AI model development.

Security Architecture & Compliance:

- Experience with secure system and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and network security.

- Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, or Threat Modeling.

- Proven experience working as a Security Architect or Security SME.

- Strong communication skills to bridge security, AI, and engineering teams.

- Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.

- Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to AI/ML concepts in security domains.

- Experience with security automation or security tooling.

- Familiarity with GenAI or LLM-based security use cases.

- Experience working with innovation or R&D teams.
