Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Executive in the hospitals and health care domain located at Bellary Road, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, your main responsibility will be to work collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. You will be tasked with managing and processing medical prescriptions accurately, ensuring strict compliance with US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Providing support through email, chat, outbound & inbound calls to both internal and external customers will also be a key part of your role. Your duties will include assisting patients and healthcare providers with prescription-related queries and issue resolutions, addressing customer concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction. It will be essential to maintain precise patient records while upholding data privacy standards. Handling escalations and complex prescription cases efficiently and professionally will be crucial, as well as conducting problem-cause analysis to identify and resolve customer issues promptly. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service within the Medical & Healthcare Industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective management of multiple customer interactions are essential. Handling customer complaints, providing suitable solutions within specified time limits, and demonstrating a proactive attitude towards exceptional customer service are key attributes for success. Preferred qualifications include experience in telemedicine, online pharmacies, or US healthcare customer support, familiarity with insurance claims processing and prior authorization workflows, knowledge of e-prescribing platforms and US pharmacy network, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regulated environment. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule may include day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts.
