Senior Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Service Field Team Manager in the electronic industry, your role will involve managing a team of customer support technicians and ensuring the smooth operation of VTS devices. You will be responsible for handling customer calls and complaints professionally, coordinating with various teams such as production, sales, marketing, billing, store, and despatch, as well as liaising with management. Your key responsibilities will include proactively monitoring VTS devices through dashboard/MIS/Web App, planning new installations, and maintenance of faulty devices. You will drive a team of onsite and offsite customer support field technicians, conduct customer training on VTS front-end operations/reports generations, analyze GPS data, arrange billing data for the billing department, update information systems, and report progress/status to customers and other concerned parties. To excel in this role, you must possess essential skills such as customer handling, team/field staff management, planning & scheduling of teamwork, good verbal & written communication skills, active problem-solving skills, ability to handle pressure, and expertise in Word, Excel, and Google Map. Additionally, knowledge of Telecom/Vehicle Electronics and experience in leading/handling a team of customer support technicians in the electronic or consumer durable industry is desired. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in Electronics & Communication or equivalent and have 2 to 5 years of work experience in the electronic industry.
