Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive, located in Bhiwandi. The Senior Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the customer service team. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining customer service standards, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
