Senior Customer Service Associate

As a Senior Customer Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support. You should possess good communication skills and hold a graduation degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, although freshers are also welcome to apply. You will be required to submit all relevant documents for verification. The working schedule is 5 days a week in a general shift timing. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position. This is a full-time and permanent role with benefits that include health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The working schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered.
