Ltd., located in Lower Parel, is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate (any stream) Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer service Industry Experience: Open (any industry background welcome) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Job Type: Full-time Location: On-site (Lower Parel, Mumbai) Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Technical Support) to ensure prompt resolution of issues. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel. Support customer on boarding, order tracking, Customer returns, Customer complaints and service scheduling as needed.
