The incumbent shall provide Customer support for EPRO product by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. They will work as a team member with the other EPRO Teams & Branch offices by communicating on customer queries & achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves managing multiple responsibilities such as Handling Incoming/Outgoing Calls, Managing Emails,Welcome Calling, adhere to defined TAT. They should ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
· Handle all inbound and outbound communication with customer
· Receive, record and resolve inbound emails,chat and phone calls
· Gather client requests in a clear and concise manner, execute the requests in a timely and process oriented manner
· Investigate, identify issue type and use call scripts to resolve customer queries proactively and within time frame
· Maintain complete ownership of issue resolution within pre-established timelines with the customer
· Follow all the processes laid down and ensure compliance at all times
· Ensure delivery on KPIs (SLA & Customer Satisfaction)
· Contribute to process and product improvements through tangible suggestions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
