Job Title: Purchase Executive Location: Dommasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka Industry: Interior Design Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full Time About the Company: We are a leading interior design firm specializing in delivering end-to-end turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Our team is passionate about creativity, functionality, and cost-effective design solutions. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality materials, furniture, fixtures, and fittings required for interior projects within stipulated timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and source materials, products, and vendors relevant to interior projects (e.g., wood, laminates, electricals, sanitary fittings, hardware, etc.) Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to understand material requirements and ensure availability as per project timelines. Create and maintain purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory records. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and service. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and project specifications. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor networks. Track and manage material inflow, delivery status, and resolve any delays or issues. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of interior materials, products, and vendor landscape Understanding of purchase processes and documentation Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field 1–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹13,179.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
