Senior - Credit Risk

As a professional at KPMG in India, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Credit & Capital Management servicing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering BCO tasks in accordance with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs - Owning the end-to-end Credit & Capital Management servicing journey to ensure a seamless process for customers and internal stakeholders - Managing client relationships, risk assessment, and ensuring the required credit quality and returns on risk - Driving continuous improvement in productivity and enhancing client experience - Participating in deal discussions and meetings with clients or credit risk as required - Building and maintaining strong relationships across teams, including credibility with both Business and Risk leaders - Acting as the First Line of Defence to protect the Bank and adhering to all controls - Maintaining HSBC internal control standards and timely implementation of internal and external audit recommendations - Engaging in constructive dialogue with risk partners to balance commercial outcomes and risk management effectively - Ensuring adequate credit risk management controls are built into the operational process - Staying updated on guidelines, procedures, and policy guidelines to provide necessary guidance to the team - Conducting industry, competitor, and client level financial analysis - Managing a team of 6-10 BCO Analysts, Associates, and senior Associates - Coaching team members for development and sustaining a highly motivated and skilled team - Ensuring productivity and quality are maintained and continuously improved - Communicating effectively within the team and across the organization - Allocating work to optimize output and quality - Sustaining motivation levels of the team in core responsibilities and wider activities You will actively contribute to the success of KPMG in India by fulfilling these responsibilities with dedication and professionalism.,
