Senior Credit Analyst

You will be joining as a Senior Credit Analytics professional in the Data Science team at our company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the ongoing advancement and refinement of the credit decisioning & pricing model at Biz2Credit. This involves optimizing risk and return while significantly reducing decision cycle times. A key requirement for this role is a strong proficiency in Python and prior experience in Credit analytics. You should hold a degree in BE/B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech with a consistent academic record of 60% and above. Your work location will be in Noida with an expected experience range of 3-6 years. As part of your job role, you will continuously assess alternative data sources to enhance our customer conversion models. Additionally, you will leverage Biz2Credit's technology to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities with our clients. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of operational and risk reporting and analytics. You will collaborate with business and product teams to design a modeling framework based on specific requirements. Your responsibilities will also include building data pipelines, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance to junior data scientists. Furthermore, you will work on data projects involving Biz2Credit's financial services partners worldwide. This will entail analyzing, classifying, and visualizing credit-related data to generate actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders. Managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently to deliver accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. Lastly, you will develop documentation for external validation on the projects you work on.
