Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Counsellor / Cluster Centre Head located in Agra, with flexibility for Travel across the assigned Cities. Key responsibilities include providing counseling services, overseeing the effective administration of designated centers, managing a team of staff, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating intervention programs, mentoring staff, engaging with parents and stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization’s initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling skills with experience in working with children, parents, and caregivers
• Leadership and management experience, including team mentorship and operational oversight
• Proficiency in developing and implementing intervention programs tailored to individual needs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with developmental delays and disabilities, and multidisciplinary approaches to intervention
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (relevant certifications preferred)
• Minimum 8 Years of Experience in the education or healthcare sectors is mandatory.
