Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Trans Globe’s Ahmedabad, Bodakdev office for a Senior Counsellor specializing in Australia education. The Senior Counsellor will provide expert advice and guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia. Key responsibilities include assisting students with educational program selection, managing application processes, offering support for visa filing, and maintaining regular communication with students and their families. The role also involves staying updated on Australian education policies, institutions, and course offerings to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Australian education systems, visa requirements, and university admission processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and families, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and educational software tools
• Experience in student counseling, education consulting, or related fields is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage applications and deadlines
