Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Compliance Manager at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., you will lead and execute compliance audits according to the annual audit plan. This will involve conducting investigations, internal audits, and evaluating controls and processes related to key compliance policies. Collaboration with compliance team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from compliance, legal, and finance departments is essential for successful compliance management. - Develop and implement the risk-based annual Compliance monitoring plan and methodology. - Drive Compliance oversight by conducting testing and monitoring programs. - Monitor marketing transactions involving interactions with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with Global marketing code and local/regional marketing codes. - Integrate data from various sources to gain comprehensive insights into compliance risk areas. - Conduct root cause analysis, identify processes and controls, and recommend corrective actions. - Review and investigate data to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness, collaborating with cross-functional teams for data quality optimization. - Identify areas for improvement in company systems and controls. - Utilize analytical and statistical techniques to measure risk drivers and control effectiveness. - Collaborate with Compliance colleagues to analyze data, define metrics, design dashboards, and deliver compliance reports. - Participate in training, communication, and sensitization regarding Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE) and other key compliance policies. - Prepare and present key findings to senior management and recommend risk management strategies. - Educational qualification: Associated Chartered Accountant/CA - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or related roles. - Knowledge of US FCPA and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and regulations is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Technical Skills: - Understanding of the pharmaceutical business and industry dynamics. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of control design and root cause analysis. - Proficiency in data analytics and advanced technologies for compliance monitoring. - Ability to conduct investigations and gather evidence effectively. Behavioral Skills: - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Analytical thinking for problem-solving and decision-making. - Multitasking ability and positive attitude towards tasks. - Effective people management and relationship-building skills. - Competence in operating within a complex matrix organization.,
