Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Corporate Compliance Manager at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and executing various compliance audits according to the annual audit plan. Your role will involve participating in investigations and internal audits, evaluating controls and processes related to compliance policies, and collaborating closely with other compliance team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders from various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the risk-based annual Compliance monitoring plan and methodology. - Drive Compliance oversight through the testing and monitoring program. - Monitor marketing transactions involving interactions with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with Global marketing code and local/regional marketing codes. - Integrate data from various sources to gain insights across compliance risk areas. - Conduct in-depth root cause analysis, identify effective and ineffective processes and controls, and recommend corrective actions. - Review, update, and investigate data from relevant sources to maintain high quality, accuracy, and timeliness. - Identify opportunities for improving company systems and controls. - Utilize analytical and statistical techniques to assess risk factors and control effectiveness. - Collaborate with Compliance colleagues on ad-hoc analysis, metrics definition, dashboard design, and compliance reporting. - Participate in training and communication related to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE) and other compliance policies. - Prepare and present key findings to senior management, recommending risk management strategies. Qualifications: - Educational qualification: Associated Chartered Accountant/ CA - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or related roles. - Knowledge of US FCPA and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and regulations is a plus.
