About the Role: Were looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Copywriter who brings more than words to the table someone who can shape narratives, own brand voice, guide communication strategies, and turn insights into ideas that perform. This is a cross-functional role that blends conceptual thinking, creative leadership, and brand strategy, all while ensuring content effectiveness across platforms. Requirements: 6- 8 years of proven experience in copywriting, content strategy, or digital creative roles A portfolio that demonstrates storytelling range: brand campaigns, social content, video scripts, and performance copy Strong command of platform-specific writing and content behavior A clear understanding of business, marketing, and consumer insight thinking Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate rationale and connect creative to outcomes Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience leading creative projects or junior teams is a plus Worked across multiple industries such as tech, real estate, lifestyle, gaming, or F&B preferred Key Responsibilities: Brand & Content Strategy Define and evolve the tone of voice and messaging architecture for diverse brands Craft clear, insight-driven communication strategies across brand, digital, and performance channels Lead the development of monthly content calendars, campaign frameworks, and platform-specific narratives Align messaging with broader marketing, business, and media goals (branding + performance) Collaborate with strategy and planning teams on audience personas, user journeys, and campaign positioning Creative Ideation & Copywriting Conceptualize and write copy across social media, paid ads, digital campaigns, films, influencer content, reels, emailers, and web content Develop campaign hooks, big ideas, and creative platforms based on cultural relevance and business insights Script digital films, product videos, and short-form content with strong storytelling arcs Write long-form and short-form content while maintaining consistency in voice and intent Contribute to brand-building efforts like naming, taglines, manifesto writing, and tone development Performance & Digital Alignment Collaborate closely with media and performance teams to write high-converting ad copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc. Ensure copy variations align with funnel stages (awareness, consideration, retargeting) A/B test messaging formats and continuously optimize based on campaign performance and insights Create modular content formats and frameworks for scalable delivery Leadership & Collaboration Lead creative thinking in brainstorms and guide cross-functional teams during campaign development Mentor and review work by junior writers and content creators to maintain high quality Partner with art, design, motion graphics, and video teams to deliver integrated creative output Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence to both internal teams and clients Build copy systems, templates, tone guides, and SOPs for repeatable excellence Trendspotting & Innovation Stay sharp on digital, cultural, and content trends from memes to market shifts Regularly audit competitors and categories to evolve brand communication Introduce fresh content formats and experiment with new storytelling tools (AI tools, interactive content, carousel logic, etc.)
