Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Editing promotional material content of global pharmaceutical clients by checking language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency of language (tense), and adherence to brand style/client guidelines for promotional materials - Performing proofreading, reviewing material to ensure no additional text has been inadvertently added or deleted by the agency, ensuring all comments placed by the MLR reviewers are implemented in the final compliance copy, proofreading the ISI against the approved version - Formatting documents based on journal/congress guidelines - Ensuring that the document adheres to specified style guides such as AMA Manual of Style/brand style/Client Guidelines - Consistently delivering a high-quality edit, exceeding client expectations every time - Contributing to team initiatives like knowledge-sharing exercises and documentation of resources - Demonstrating skills related to effective client communication, both written and verbal, and actively participating in/leading team meetings to discuss resolutions on complicated reviews, providing suitable options for resolutions on issues, and discussing approaches suggested by peers and other leads - Actively participating in client calls along with review lead and working with other internal stakeholders for smooth project execution - Executing best practices in the team regarding processes, communication (internal and external), documentation, and technical requirements - Scheduling work for the team - Reviewing jobs worked by the team and ensuring the document is error-free - Guiding and providing feedback to team members - Conveying client requirements in terms of the information flow and scope changes - Ensuring that the entire team follows best practices regarding processes, communication (internal and external), and documentation - Using existing assets and capabilities to develop training material and train the team - Developing technical training programs for other team members relevant to the job - Developing skills related to reviewing Promotional Materials - Contributing to various continuous improvement initiatives or company-driven initiatives and helping team members participate based on their competencies Your impact: About you: - A Bachelor's/Master's degree in life science/English - Excellent written and spoken English skills (TOEFL/IELTS score is preferred) - A keen eye for detail - Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat - Demonstrated ability to work with tight timelines and a collaborative environment Must have: - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat - Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific style guides - Ability to work under tight timelines and in a collaborative team environment - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to guide and mentor team members - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, error-free documents Nice to have: - Experience in client-facing roles or participating in client calls - Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions - Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives - Ability to contribute to knowledge-sharing and documentation efforts,
