As a Controlling Professional in the Global Business Unit Controlling team of the Compression Business at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting management in financial planning, including calculating yearly budgets and midterm plans. - Conducting monthly reporting, forecasting, and analysis of actual versus plan and forecast, and supervising agreed measures and action items. - Creating regular business reports to evaluate overall performance and recommending actions to the management. - Preparing monthly and quarterly business review presentations for the Business Area management. - Performing ad-hoc analyses, special requests, and contributing to conceptual and project work related to controlling. - Driving forward digitalization in the financial controlling and reporting environment of the Compression business. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum master's degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field. - Strong controlling and finance background with 8-10 years of professional experience and high data analytics skills. - Familiarity with finance processes and systems such as SAP applications, Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Alteryx. - Solid knowledge of project and service business, project management, and corresponding accounting principles. - Flexibility to work in different time zones with global collaborators.
