We are looking for a passionate Content Writer & Copywriter who can bring ideas to life through powerful writing. Your job will be to write engaging blogs, high-retention content scripts, and social media captions that not only sound great but convert readers into customers. You must be obsessed with content that works — that hooks the audience, educates, entertains, and drives action. Responsibilities: Write engaging, SEO-optimized blogs and articles for various industries (fashion, SaaS, real estate, hospitality, etc.) Script short-form content for Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, ads, and UGC content Create compelling copy for social media posts, captions, carousels, and LinkedIn updates Collaborate with the content strategy team to brainstorm viral ideas and hooks Assist in developing website content, product descriptions, and emailers Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, tone, and effectiveness Stay updated on trends, social media formats, and content styles across platforms Required Skills & Qualities: Excellent command over English with the ability to write in diverse tones (professional, witty, conversational, etc.) Solid understanding of content marketing and copywriting techniques Experience with blog writing, scriptwriting, and social media content creation Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization Ability to write creatively and meet deadlines under minimal supervision A portfolio showcasing your range of writing (blogs, captions, scripts, etc.) Good to Have: Experience in content creation for video production teams Familiarity with AI tools, Google Trends, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush Previous work in agencies or with marketing teams Understanding of hook formulas, retention writing, and viral content patterns Perks & Benefits: Work with a young, creative, and global team Freedom to pitch your ideas and see them go live Access to real-time industry trends and training Flexible work hours (results over hours!)
